2020 Exercise Goals

GOALS

I plan on tracking in this post my exercise goals for 2020. For this post the goals are going to be triathalon based: cycling, running swimming. Although it does not include my other activities, I think it serves it purpose. My goal this year includes doing and actual sprint triathalon!

Even though my goals are significantly grater than what I did last year, I think that they are achievable.
